Harold Rivner, M.D.

Dr. Harold Rivner is quadrupled board certified in Internal Medicine, Cardiology, Echocardiography, and Electrophysiology offering advanced treatments and ablations for conditions such as atrial fibrillation/flutter, supra ventricular tachycardia (ST), and ventricular tachycardia (VT). In addition, he specializes in pacemakers, defibrillators, and left atrial appendage occlusion. Dr. Rivner is originally from Augusta, Georgia. He obtained his undergraduate degree in Industrial Engineering at Georgia Tech after which, he earned his Medical Degree at the Medical College of Georgia, where he was inducted into the esteemed Alpha Omega Alpha (AOA) Honor Society. Dr. Rivner relocated to Miami for residency and completed his Internal Medicine, Cardiology, and Electrophysiology training at the University of Miami/Jackson Memorial Hospital. He was voted the Cardiology Subspecialty Fellow of the Year in 2023.

Dr. Rivner is published in the field of arrhythmias, including a review of a comprehensive approach to treating atrial fibrillation and its upstream risk factors. Additionally, he led a large research project to better understand stroke risk in heart failure with and without atrial fibrillation Dr. Rivner is triple board certified. He is dedicated to delivering compassionate care and to fostering strong doctor-patient relationships. Dr. Rivner is excited to join My Cardiologist and continue treating patients in the Miami area.
