Martine is a foreign medical graduate and a board-certified Physician Assistant. She received her Associate in Science in Physician Assistant from Miami Dade College, and her master’s degree in health science from Nova Southeastern University, an Obesity Medicine in Primary Care Certification from AAPA/TOS. She has been a practicing PA in Florida for 12 years, with experience in Cardiology, Primary care, and Hospital Medicine.
Martine is a member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants and serves as a peer reviewer for their journal, JAAPA. She is also a member of the American College of Cardiology, American Academy of Physician Associates in Cardiology, American College of Physicians, Society of Hospital Medicine, and the Florida Academy of Physician Assistants.
Martine is passionate about preventive medicine and nutrition. Her focus is to promote a healthy lifestyle by encouraging and educating her patients with chronic cardiovascular disease, and she hopes to help them live their best lives by giving them the tools to reach their goals.
Since joining MyCardiologist in the Spring of 2022, she has performed hospital rounds and outpatient Cardiology.
